We designed the site's information architecture and wireframed the user-flows. During this process, we reviewed and refined the wireframes together with the web development and client teams.Final designs were then developed into a working prototype, tested and refined with the end users.
The service was to be designed from scratch taking well established manual processes online and giving Yarra Valley Water customers transparency and the power to manage their accounts. We began by gathering business requirements through interactive workshops with stakeholders. We also conducted a competitive landscape review with the end users to validate and refine the design requirements.
